Prosciutto e Mozzarella

Slice Prosciutto thinly on the meat slicer. Slice Fior di latte and place on the center of the plate, season with olive oil, sea salt, and fresh cracked black pepper. Place Prosciutto around it. Garnish with fresh basil, Olive oil and Balsamic reduction. Serve with 2 pieces of Focaccia.
