Defrost 7 pizza doughs and Proof in cool climate overnight/ warm climate in the morning. Once proofed, cover with herb & garlic oil recipe and sea salt. Bake for around 16 minutes at 375'F on high fan or until crisp on the outside and golden. Let cook and cut into squares. Warm as needed per order.
