Calamari e Gamberi

Clean and Pre-portion Calamari to 200g of Tube rings + 3-4 pieces of halved tentacle. (Tentacles are addition weight on top of the original 200g.) Pour cream into weighed out calamari shrimp portion. Strain and place into calamari flour dredge before shaking off and frying for around 1 minute at 375’F. Let rest in basket to drain off oil and toss in a bowl with salt. Plate and garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon, and Roasted garlic aioli
